While we're young campaign

The USGA and the Golf Channel have been using the month of June to grow awareness on speed of play. Both entities have developed cute ads for television viewers suggesting ways to speed up play so that all can enjoy the game more. What do you think? Do we need to put more emphasis on the speed of the golfer so that our rounds are 4 hours or less? On a casual basis if the golfers in a group all play when it's their turn, tap in putts inside 2 feet, have their golf club out and ready to hit while their playing partners are hitting their shots and generally just pay attention to what's going on in your group you should move around just fine. I think if you stay up with the group in front of you instead of stay ahead of the group behind you, all problems are eliminated.
